We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first so we can provide a prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued upon receipt.
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse: A flat return fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the return shipping label and a portion of the original shipping cost. No additional charges will apply.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
