Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship via UPS. Delivery time estimates below are based on UPS standard transit times after your order has been dispatched.

- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $6.49 applies to all standard orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Rate Exceptions The $6.49 flat rate applies to most standard orders. The following may be subject to different rates, calculated at checkout:
- Oversized or heavy items that exceed standard UPS weight/size thresholds.
- Certain delivery locations, including remote or hard-to-reach areas where UPS applies additional surcharges.
In these cases, the actual shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States.
Delays Delivery times are estimates based on UPS transit data and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via our Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
